Built on Agentforce
Voice & Text AI Agents
Your team can’t answer every call and chat. We build Agentforce agents that can: they check orders and inventory in Salesforce and Rootstock, book appointments, and hand off to a person with the whole conversation.
How We Work
Workshop, Pilot, Rollout
Start small, prove it on real calls and chats, then scale what works.
Use-Case Workshop
We map your calls and chats, pick the questions an agent can answer from Salesforce and Rootstock data, and agree on what success looks like.
Pilot
One agent, one use case, one channel, live with real customers in 6–8 weeks, with handoff to your team built in.
Production Rollout
We add channels and use cases, connect more data, and train your team. Ongoing tuning continues under Unique Care.
What the Agents Do
Answers, Actions and Handoffs
Agents work from your live Salesforce and Rootstock data and stay inside the guardrails you set.
Answers from Your Data
Order status, delivery dates, stock levels and account details, pulled live from Salesforce and Rootstock.
Takes Action

Hands Off to Your Team

- Call recording follows the consent rules of each caller’s state.
- Transcripts are saved in Salesforce, so you can review any conversation.
FAQ
Questions Before a Pilot
Straight answers about data, customers and cost.
- Do we need Salesforce?
- Yes. We build these agents on Agentforce, which runs in Salesforce. Not on Salesforce yet? We can implement it first.
- Will customers know they’re talking to an AI?
- Yes. The agent says it’s an AI assistant at the start, and customers can ask for a person at any time.
- What happens when the agent can’t help?
- It hands the conversation to your team with the transcript and the customer’s details. Outside business hours it takes a message and opens a case.
- Can the agent see our ERP data?
- Yes. Rootstock runs on the Salesforce platform, so an agent can read orders, inventory and shipments directly, limited to the data you allow.
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. Under Salesforce’s zero data retention policy, the AI model providers behind Agentforce don’t keep your data or train on it, and Salesforce says it doesn’t currently train its own models on customer data.
- How long does a pilot take, and what does it cost?
- About 6–8 weeks for one use case on one channel. After the workshop we quote a fixed price for the pilot. Salesforce bills Agentforce usage separately; we estimate it with you in the workshop.
- Can the agent make outbound calls?
- We start with incoming calls and chats. AI-voiced outbound calls need the customer’s prior consent under FCC rules, so we add them later, with consent tracked in Salesforce.
- What do you need from our team?
- A process owner for the workshop, admin access to your Salesforce org, and someone to review conversations during the pilot.
